Inspiration at the Isle of Wight College

We have joined forces with the Isle of Wight College, who achieved Grade 1 Status in their recent Ofsted report, to inspire young people on the Isle of Wight.
This collaboration includes:

Marine Cookery course – allowing those training for the Marine industry, to not just learn in the classroom. With our help, we have extended the course to incorporate training on board luxury yachts to ensure that the Isle of Wight students are ahead of the rest.

Business visits – Increasingly we are being made aware that many students studying on the Isle of Wight do not realise the opportunities on their doorsteps. We will be working with a range of businesses to organise day visits for students to relevant businesses. This work will also include assisting Marine students by attending the prestigious boat show in London, and introducing them to the variety of job opportunities available.
