Skandia Cowes Week 4th - 11th August 

With over 1,000 yachts and 8,500 competitors taking part in some very challenging first-class sailing, the event attracts a wide range of local, national and international entrants, from true amateurs to Olympic and World champions. 

Cowes Week is as good for sailors as for non sailors, with a host of activities to watch, activities to get involved with, Skandia's "try sailing", live music, clothing stalls, beer tents and a fireworks finale evening.
