Innovation Centre Facilities

Office sizes range from 350 sq ft, ideal for up to 4 people to spaces which can easily accommodate up to 20. The rental includes all the costs that would normally be incurred such as rates, power and light, telephone line rental costs, heating and water, and provides ample car parking.

The Centre also offers a suite of meeting rooms, a prestigious board room complete with video conferencing and presentation equipment and a luxurious communal “lounge” area for informal meetings, networking or relaxation, plus communal kitchen facilities, showers, disabled facilities and of course toilets – all things that you would pay dearly for if you had to rent them by the square foot.
In addition to the physical comforts the Innovation Centre also provides a fully serviced reception to receive your guests and clients and offers secretarial and administration services as and when you need them, and provides access to both black & white and colour copying equipment, franking machines, binding machines.  Without having to sign up for long term lease contracts or laying out huge sums of money.

But as well as all the facilities, tenants have the support of the Enterprise Hub, providing links to research and technology, expert advice and support to access grants, training and business networks when you need them.
