We are involved with a wide range of projects all acting to shape the Isle of Wight Economy; from regeneration, business relocation, encouraging inward investment to assisting local businesses to improve their productivity. 

Cowes Waterfront

IWEP are directly involved in two major regeneration projects, working with the Isle of Wight Council, SEEDA and English Partnerships on the Cowes Waterfront Initiative, to bring new business and employment opportunities to Cowes, East Cowes and the Medina Valley – already several new businesses have moved into East Cowes creating news jobs.

The Bay

We are helping to shape a new vision for “The Bay”, to build on the beautiful natural assets between Shanklin and Sandown to create a contemporary beach resort which will attract high spending visitors. <Regeneration / The Bay>
