Our Vision

The Isle of Wight has a clear view of the future - by 2020 we want to be “a progressive Island built on economic success, high standards and aspirations and a better quality of life for all.” (Island Futures 2020 Vision)

The common thread of all our work is getting maximum gain for the Island’s economy and its people. We work closely with partners to find funding and deliver projects that will create opportunities and raise standards for local business and the community.

We have an expert knowledge of the Island’s economy and act as a link between the public and business sectors, as well as liaising with local and regional government to make sure that the Island plays its part and benefit from the success of the South East.
