The Innovation Centre is home to the Economic Partnership as well as innovative businesses who take advantage of this high quality, affordable accommodation,

Based on Newport's St Cross Business Park, the Innovation Centre offers low risk office space for young businesses, with office sizes ranging from 350 sq ft, ideal for up to 4 people, to spaces which can easily accommodate up to 20 people.

The rental includes all the costs normally incurred such as rates, power, telephone line rental costs, heating and water and provides ample car parking. 

As well as all the facilities, tenants have the support of the Enterprise Hub, providing links to research and technology, expert advice and support to access grants, training and business networks when you need them.

Meeting Rooms for hire
The Innovation Centre offers a selection of meeting rooms and a prestigious board room, complete with video conferencing and presentation equipment. The rooms are used by the businesses within the Centre and are also available for hire by external parties who wish to run training seminars or conferences.
